A Twin Cities based publishing company needed a user friendly interface that would enable their client, a major provider of Medical Insurance, to custom-configure large, digital print jobs. Encore met their needs by constructing an Adobe Flex based Rich Internet Application that was fully integrated into their existing on-line publishing software. The resulting interface masked the complex business logic required to configure and generate on-demand custom enrollment booklets. In the first three months of operation, the new custom application managed the configuration and printing of over 50,000 error free booklets, saving time, money and generating piece of mind for our client and their end user.
